Terrible service and horrible attitude

I visited KFC in Voorbaai at the Caltex garage. (cnr of louis fourie & gericka) the cleaniliness of the eating area was appalling. we requested serviettes to clean the table and chairs ourselves. I ordered a 8 piece family meal. I received my order without s****s, sauce and chillie salt. when I went to the staff asking for sauce she wanted to see my receipt even though I was seated close to the counter. I was first ignored and waited for a while before the staff member attended to me. staff addressed patrons very aggressively. mens toilet had urine on the floor. staff need to be retrained on how to address customers and provide the same level of service to all race groups. being a visitor to a different province it was sad to see such a low level of service. extremely disappointed.
