Terrible service and food

<p>Today, I placed an order for KFC via the call center at 11:14. </p> <p> </p> <p>I ordered:</p> <p>4 zinger wings</p> <p>3 zinger strips</p> <p>crunch burger</p> <p>Streetwise 2</p> <p>2L Coke zero</p> <p> </p> <p>The food arrived at 12:26. That is, I waited for 1 hour and 12 minutes for my food. If all of these items were started at the same time from fresh, it would have taken 12 minutes max to prepare. Also, I got the wrong cooldrink.</p> <p> </p> <p>The quality of the food was TERRIBLE. The chicken strips were like chicken brittle - dry, cold and the inside was crunchy like dry biltong.</p> <p>The wings were cold, the lettuce on the crunch burger was brown, the bun was stale and the patty was like the chicken strips.</p> <p>The streetwise 2 was not good: the chips were slightly underdone, the chicken was slightly underdone and the whole thing was extra greasy. </p> <p> </p> <p>All in all, I am horrified at the quality that came from the 17th quarter branch. I can't believe that I paid for the meal and I can't believe that I even paid for the delivery. Worst meal and service I've ever gotten from KFC.</p>
