Terrible service and food

I have so many complaints about KFC in Strand I don't know where to begin. On multiple occasions I have been there to order a Krusher only to be told that they have NO ice-cream at all. I have received so many wrong orders. Once I sat in my car at the drive-through in the hellish heat for half an hour while they had to correct my order 4 times and then had to find change for me. Most recently, I found feathers on a drumstick I got from them. Not fluff - feathers. That drumstick was crumbed, fried, packed, etc., and nobody bothered to remove the feathers. I will not go back there ever again - as a matter of fact, due to their bad service, I probably won't go to any KFC again.
