Terrible Service and food

I am so dissapointed in the service and food at the soneike branch. I have been a few times in the morning for the toasted sandwiches. This is not the first time they dont toast the bread. They warm it up slap chicken mayo on it and think the customer wont notice and accept it. They dont even tell you its not toasted so i have to find out once i have left just to turn around and go back to the branch which is a waste of petrol and my time. I have moaned about this before. Then i give it back and they toast it, when i get it back there is hardly any chicken on it and i receive this broken half toasted empty sandwich. I mean really. Is this Kfc standard??? I will not support kfc anymore as this was the last straw. If your staff are to lazy to toast the sandwich then they shouldnt be working there and you shouldnt have it on your menu. Its pathetic. the toaster is not broken as they toasted it very quickly when i came back. So explain that to me. DISGUSTING SERVICE
