TERRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD

I went to KFC Florentia to go and get some food, first of all I was driving thru the drive thru and when I got to order my food and want to pay the machine was not working and the lady told me I can pay when I get my food by the next window, O' well I git there and then another lady told me I have to go and pay inside, why was there no notice by the drive thru that the card machine was out of order? so I had to park my car and get out to pay for the food never the less when I got home and opened the bag I was shocked I mean I ask for pop and then there is like 5 pops in the container what is that? Im paying for the food I did not get it for free, and the burger was such a disaster also the tomato was all off and the lettuce already brown for heavens sake we are paying and this is the type of service and food we are getting for our money..... ITS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEN I'M NOT EVEN TAKING ABOUT THE ******* THEY PUT IN THE CONTAINERS THAT ONE HAVE TO EAT
