Terrible service and extra long wait!!!

Third time trying this KFC branch, and this is the third time I have had to wait over half an hour for food at a drive-thru. I have never had to wait this long anywhere else!!! When you get there they recote your order for you like they have no irea what you have ordered and then they only start preparing your order. Every time all condiments were forgotten and no apology for the long wait. I have had cold food, old chips, yet it takes them forever to prepare this already cold and old food. I will never visit this branch again and will advise everyone in tye neighbourhood against it. Unacceptable service.
