Terrible Service and Disgusting Food

SUNDAY, 14 June 2015 - I went to KFC Greenstone and ordered A Zinger Box Meal.The lady operating the drive through orders was very rude,I requested that my burger fillet be normal and have zinger sauce instead of plain.Now having previous problems with this KFC and going home to different food, I decided to taste the food before we left. It was wrong. The burger was a zinger fillet. I went in an exchanged it and noticed on my slip she couldn't even explain what I asked for.I live 2 minutes away and when I got home my food was ice cold, the chips were not spiced at all and my chicken wings weren't cooked properly throughout.This is not my first problem, I didn't complain last time to give benefit of the doubt but I am tired of leaving problems after I have paid specifically for what I want. It was DISGUSTING, clearly all the posts I have read are true. I will not support KFC any longer, this Need a to be rectified.
