Terrible Service

I am sending this email to express the terrible service I got from 1 of your stores. Yesterday I went to the KFC in Phumula Roodekop at the Phumula Market Square and I was shocked by the service I got to say the least. I went through to the drive thru and the lady taking my order was not friendly at all, firstly she did not introduce herself or the store all she said was “hello” but that’s not the reason for this email, the lady took my order and I specifically ordered a box master and a cold drink and she asked if I wanted hot or not hot and I specified not hot. I went to the next window to pay only to be asked for order again and after giving the lady my order again she punched the box master meal hot and I had to tell her that I ordered just the box master and a coke. I then had to wait atleast 15min to get my order, the lady couldn’t even be bothered that she messed up my order and I had to wait for over 15min to finally get my order. What is the point of taking my order at the speaker if you will ask for it again at the next window? What is the point for a drive thru if I am going to wait over 15min for just a box master? I was really disappointed in how the staff at that store treat customers and they conduct themselves, there was no apology nor explanation for the delay, I could even hear the guy behind me in the car complaining as well.
