Terrible service

I am very disappointed by the terrible service that i have received at the KFC Newtown junction. i placed an order for streetwise 3 via online, then i went to collect my order, the cashier did not even care to tell that the waiting will be long, i paid the order, waited roughly 20 minutes without any curtesy to tell us that there is no meat, i went to the counter to check my order done, my order was not prepared then i was told that i must wait 2 minutes for the chicken, the 2 minutes became 10. it is very unprofessional that i place order online so that i just go and collect but my order took me 30 minutes to receive it. so what is the point of ordering online if still i have to wait 30 minutes at the store. The worse part, my lunch time was exhausted while still waiting for the order. This is very wrong, my time was wasted. i rate kfc newtown junction as ZERO.
