Terrible service

I haven't had a great experience with this franchise, I've been buying breakfast but every time i buy, i always get a not so welcoming face and then to top it of i get most coldest coffee ever...i mean whats whole point of the breakfast if it doesn't serve any purposes with a cold coffee
