Terrible Service

Worst ever drive-thru experience. We had to wait almost 1 hour 45mins to be served at one window whereas the are 3. Our order was placed, paid and collected at the "Collections" window. We purchased the Festive Feast meal along with 2 x Bucket for 1. Not only was the drive-thru a nightmare, but the food was terrible. Our meat was dry, burnt and u could actually smell the burn too. The coleslaw was also dry. And to top it off we got the dip sause but NO nuggets added to the meal. This was a terrible experience and no more
