Terrible service

Hi,<br> <br> Myself and a group of friends went to KFC after the night hike at about 10 o clock. We waited 40 minutes in the queue then we were told there is no chicken and burgers only crunch burgers. We then ordered ice creams and were told the card machine was down but we then saw them writing our orders down on a page, at this point we all became very suspect. <br> <br> We then had to wait a further 30 mins for our krushers. All the staff in the store were busy with one thing and for a period of 30 mins there was no one taking orders as they were all busy.<br> <br> I go to a lot of KFCs as I usually enjoy the service compared to Mc Dees but I was really disturbed at the fact that there was no chicken burgers at such a central KFC also as the fact that it took so long and seemed like all the staff were at the back and when we asked for a manager no one came, not even a \Hi we are experiencing problems and we apologise for the delay."<br> <br> Please look into what happened and feedback will be appreciated"""
