terrible service

Hello Peter,<br> <br> I have always experienced problems with KFC Strubens but I have constantly ignored and just stopped buying from this KFC in Strubens.<br> <br> I always go to the KFC on Eastwood Avenue, they are helpful and do not mess my orders. Beautiful customer service but yesterday I didn't feel like driving far, so I decided to buy from the KFC in Strubens again cause it is closer to me. I didn't assume that I will have a problem again. They messed up my order, I ordered 5 piece streetwise and 2 Dairy Krush. They gave me the strawberry krush instead of Dairy Krush, so I told them they made a mistake and with attitude they changed it, so I had to wait a long time for it. When it comes the krush has a hole in the centre and fill with ice no taste and terrible. Anyway we hungry I just went home. When I went home they gave me short and they they give more wings and drumsticks then anything else. I'm upset and disappointed with this KFC. We pay a lot of money for the meals but the pieces they supply is terrible. It suppose to be a family meal but it can only be enough for 1 person. Never again will I go there, the staff is not helpful n always rude.
