TERRIBLE SERVICE

I placed an order at KFC - delivery - on Friday18/9/2015. The order was placed at 18:45. I had to phone 3 times to find out where my order was. Just before 9 o clock, the driver pitched. He assured me that everything I was paying for was in the bag, and left in a hurry.<br> <br> When opening, I noticed that there were no condiments, no serviettes, and no Chicken wings, which were paid for.<br> <br> I contacted the delivery number, and they told me they will contact Kollonade branch, and they will deliver the rest of my order. Never happened. <br> <br> Today, 22/9/2015, I am receiving a call from the call centre claiming to have called me yesterday, but my phone was off. No message left - and btw my phone is never off. I got a call today, but was in a meeting. Got a message on my phone to phone Tshepo from KFC, with no number. checked my caller reference, Private Number phoned me.<br> <br> 4 DAYS LATER - STILL NO WINGS RECEIVED - I SEE THIS AS THEFT CAUSE I HAVE PAID FOR SOMETHING WHICH I UP TO NOW DID NOT RECEIVE.<br> <br> O and if you search on the internet, the number for KFC is *** - good luck phoning that as I have tried 5 calls to that number, only ringing - and then cuts off as no answer.<br> <br> THEFT !
