Terrible service

This review is for 5th October 2019. My Fiance and I had a wonderful evening that night and decided to go for KFC at around 21h20 that evening. Their service is pathetic reason being we've arrive at KFC at 21h30 as the store was only around the block, placed our order for just a streetwise three, which i mean is not a lot to ask for nor is it a difficult meal to make. We only received our order at about 22h10. Normally they do tell us chicken will take about 10min to bake but i mean 40mins is impossible and they said nothing to no-one about the waiting period. They were not busy that night at all, and its weekend they should have enough stock ready as they know every weekend people likes ordering from them. It was very disappointing, I even asked the teller how long do i still have to wait then she rep**** with an attitude to me saying it will come now than went back to her flirting with a guy standing at the counter. Even the drive through cars had to find themselves a parking lot as i was so upset i went out see if they only serving the drive threw but everyone was waiting for over a half an hour to receive their orders. This is bad. Branch situated in Cradock.
