Terrible service

I always experience terrible service at Marcel Walk KFC in Witpoortjie, every time i go buy that R100 special they always tell me that its not available, i must just buy that normal 5 pieces, then i asked why other kfc is available but you don't have every time i come to buy, they just say the special ended or they tell me that they don't have mini loaves or free drinks. i am now fed up with their stories, i just recently bought on Sunday, again they told me that the special is not available i must just buy the normal 5 pieces. This KFC they dont cater specials that are catered all other kfc. Please discipline this terrible behavior, they are behaving like *******.
