Terrible service

I went to KFC Jansen Park on Saturday night 30/11/2019, waited on the drive through for about 20 minutes and realizing the line was not moving decided to reverse my car to parking so I could order inside. I waited by the tills for 15minutes without getting any assistance. Someone finally took our order at 23:09, we waited for close to an hour as our order only came out at 23:55. KFC Jansen Park gives **** service and will definitely not go there again.
