Terrible service

The terrible service I have just received at KFC Isando/Croydon leaves much to be desired. I walked in and all the staff at the till point were focusing only on the drive through for about 10-15min, no one informed us to be patient or explain what was happening, after I asked for an explanation I got a rude response that they were still busy with the cars outside. Another till then opened and they decided to serve everybody else behind me except myself. That's when I walked out, very disgusting to be treated this after frequenting the place for 5 years since working in the area.
