Terrible Service

To whom it may concern.

It brings me much joy to write you this email to describe the **** service that KFC provided me with. Not sure if it KFC itself or the staff that does not want to serve or be open. Upon arriving at your drive thru window your staff was unprepared & busy in another conversation, we was told " Wait I will take your order just now and cut me off". At the window we had a deliver guy against the window and was close to my window as well, we didn't even have to reach out and touch him thats how close he was to the window. Where is the social distance? This guy right next to your staff is having a chat at the window. Then i was handed a order that lucky I checked before I left which turned out to be the wrong order. The lady then took my slip and she stated that my order wasn't even on their system. She then turned around and went on her way without even explaining what happens next. a while later she came back with an order & a reprinted receipt which stated hot sauce which we had explained 3times no hot sauce when we ordered. We checked the order again and it was wrong, the sliders came with hot sauce which we didn't order. She took the order again and this time for a while again disappeared. She returned with the order which was still not what we asked for. As you see attached are pictures of what we received. We got home and the mash & gravy was not even closed in the packet which leaked out and damaged the car and packet it came in. Next we opened the sliders to find only chicken and sauce. Where is the garnish???? Also the pita had a black mark on it like it was put on something dirty or handled with dirty utensils, at a time like this when hygiene and sanitization is so important, receiving service like this is shocking.

I expect a response or something from you regarding this matter, you happily took my money yet did not provide the service & quality that was required from your staff. I also attached the slip that was given to me. This is reprinted as my order was 793. I would like to add we waited over 15mins at the drive thru window waiting for this order.
