TERRIBLE SERVICE

On 22/03/2020 I went to KFC Nagina in marianhill Durban to buy a box meal for R79.90 and three snack burgers, when I got home I realised that the piece of chicken was missing I immediately sent an email to thier customers service included my contact details.

This afternoon got an email that the matter has been resolved and they have been in contact with me To my shock no one from KFC has contacted me nor an apology from them I find this highly UNPROFESSIONAL and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I know it's just a piece of chicken but Im willing to take this further to thier Marketing Director if no one contacts me
