terrible service!!!

I went to kfc to purchase a meal for supper, drove passed the drive through because it was packed and I know that it usually takes about 20min to get an order, I went into the branch, only 1 couple ahead of me. There were 2 cashiers, after the couple had been served the cashiers turned their backs and I waited 5 min until I asked for someone to assist me. They trainee siwe said I just have to wait! I then called in and spoke to the manager and she said she would help me. She immediately came to the front and looked rather irritated and said I have to wait my turn and for the cashier to call me... Siwe the cashier gave me a nasty look and asked for my order. When i noticed my food was ready she didn't even call me, she just pushed my food to the side and threw in the condiments... This is truly disgusting services and not the first time I have experienced it at this branch... hence the reason I prefer going to Nandos across the way. They provide excellent service and way better food. Guess I have learnt my lesson in this regard. For a 'trainee' and manager with such bad attitudes it's a pity it tarnishes such a well known global brand. Goodbye kfc & good luck with your putrid staff!
