Terrible Service
So I ordered a ten piece family treat and a super sixes deal for delivery from KFC Bergbron
Firstly I waited so long my food got here cold.The mash and gravy leaked all over the bag.Then someone sms me to go to the street to collect my food.I live in a complex.If I wanted to walk that far for my food I could have gotten into my car and drivedn to the store.
The driver finally gets here and practically throws the bag at me without even waiting for me to check my order and just leaves.
Your service is pathetic.

13 Jun 2019, 10:32So after being called in regards to my complaint on the service and food,I was offered a gigantic R50 as a sign of "goid faith".I then received numerous sms to say that my complaint will be closed as they are unable to reach me.I called the customer care three times,was advised that the voucher would be sent to my cellphone.To this day,I have not received the voucher or even a follow up to ascertain if it was received.KFC customer care staff have no inkling of what customer service is,so it's no wonder the retail staff are so clueless.My order was almost R300,to offer me a R50 voucher says how little you value a consumer.It's not about the rand value but about the eexperience you provide.You have left a very sore taste in my mouth.
