Terrible service!

Went to a drive through in Mthatha at 22:30. There was one car ahead of me at the ordering intercom. Didn't take long to place my order. But, waited 17 minutes to get to the pay&collect window; only to be told that "sorry, but our stove doesn't work and we can process your order!"
