Terrible service

Yesterday, after load shedding, around 21:30, we go to the KFC in Irene village mall. As I go in, clients walking out warn me that the staff has an attitude problem because the power went back on and they did not want to work. I order two meals, large cokes and, like always, ask for an extra cup of ice for my mother. Usually they do not have a problem. I pay R2 extra and get it. When I get my order, they only want to give me a double tray for the drinks. I tell the staff member that there is three cups and I would like a "four tray", as I am driving. The refuses saying I only bough t two drinks. I insist and finally get one. I am shocked at the attitude. When getting home, we find they did not even put ice in the third cup.
