terrible service

<p>oh the way I'm so disgusted by the staff at this branch , I would literally have to drive all around the area and check if there is a KFC NATALSPRUIT hat is not as packed before I go to this specific KFC NATALSPRUIT,the staff is so unprofessional, they are like robots, they stand around and pin point their customers , others are standing as a group. Today I went there and I ordered a streetwise feast and I was told there were no mini loaves. So okay , I don't see how that's my problem. I ask the lady okay so how much will I be paying she says "full price " ok so I ask what will I get with this to substitute the mini loaves she's like " nothing" and tells me it's just the way it. I had to change my choice of purchase because there is no way I'm paying for something I will not be receiving. Well to me this didn't make sense. Oh but the staff , can't even talk to their manager or even report such matters because his one of those also hanging around with the ladies there talking about customers - I'm so unhappy with this KFC every single time I go there. I go there because it's close and convenient......I could go on all day about their horrible service.</p>
