Terrible service

<p>Kfc in Steve biko road has the most appauling service in this region.Mansfield is terrible but they KFC in Steve Biko should close their doors.I went there this afternoon got helped by a girl named Precious telling me they don't have any chicken,can I wait.I paid and told then sure.I went shopping to a mall close by,returned after 30 minutes only returning to this branch not having started by order.Mind you,they looked shocked.I told them their service is disgusting and they all went to the back.This branch wasn't busy but their service was of no rating.What happens when they get busy?!I urge people to complain as much as they can especially at this branch because since they've opened it looks like they get annoyed when someone walks through the door.Might I add,the packaging of the food was seriously showing how disorganised management is.The bucket came in four different packs.the burgers cane in toast packaging.So management and staff especially Precious should go for training or stop coming to work because they have no work or customer delivery ethics</p>
