Terrible service

I placed an order yesterday (18th) with the kfc call center in Durban, Chatsworth at 18:00 And was told by the call center agent that I would get my order in an hour 15 minutes which was fine. I called back at 19:30 to find out where my order was as I had not received it as yet.the call center agent had checked with the driver and told me that my order would be delivered in a further 15 minutes time as they were very busy. The call center agent should have initially said that they were busy then I would have not placed my order. I waited till 20:15 and called again and the phone had just rang and rang. It had been 21:00 And I still did not receive my order and no call from anyone at kfc. This is the first time that I have received such terrible service from kfc and I'm very disappointed.
