Terrible service

This incident happened on the 29th of April 2015 @19:00pm. The lady serving me(Bongeka) had no interest whatsoever in her job she made sure she worked as slowly as she could as the line extended behind me.. I had to tear off my own receipt from the card machine turned her back on me packing the food taking her own time.. she didn't gently put the packet down for me to take she threw it ontop of the serving tray and walked away..I must say this was so disrespectful and unexpected I love eating at KFC and if the staff is so not customer friendly i dnt see the point of going there and getting such treatment since I'm paying my money.. FYI this was not even the first bad service I have received at KFC bayside mall.. please train your staff customer care..
