Terrible service

<p>We were at kfc last night buying dinner, firstly there was only 1 lady who was not only working the till but also handing out orders, all the other staff seemed to be servicing the drive through. Firstly, our order was never called when it was ready because it was just removed from the screen showing which orders were being prepared and was never shown on the the screen as being ready to collect. I had to go back to the counter myself to find out where my order was. The lady who was working the till tried asking the manager for assistance with handing out orders as there was a longish queue by the till but she just walked away and didn't assist and neither would the other ladies working there. It took almost 30 min to get my order which is ridiculous and this is not the first time I've experienced such terrible service at that branch.</p>
