Terrible service

<p>I have hoped that the last time I have visited this Kfc, it would be the last I receive terrible service. Today when I went to buy a creme ball, I had to wait almost 10 minutes to give my order (and there was no one else in que) . The staff was too busy having lunch at the back, might I add eating with and licking their fingers while preparing the food. Almost every time I've been there, I've been dossapointed. It's quite tragic. </p>
