Terrible service.

<p>This is not the only time I was unhappy with KFC Kroonstad (2). Many a time they get our order wrong or half the order is not there, but last night was the last straw!! We ordered 4 Kit kat krushers and waited 14 minutes for it. And NO they were not busy. 2 tickets in front of us and 3 behind us. Small orders. The couple 2 tickets before us had almost finished their meal when we got our krushers. The 3 tickets BEHIND us received their's before us! I asked the manager if it really took them 14 minutes to make this and he said YES EXACTLY. I said to him they could really go and learn at BURGER KING for fast and friendly service. He rolled his eyes at me and walked away. I had to get the krushers from behind that silly wire stuff. They refused to hand it to me. If there would have been a next time I wanted to order something from this pathetic store. I promise you I will shuck it on the floor and step on it. I will never set foot in your stores. EVer again.</p>
