TERRIBLE SERVICE
<p>I received the worst service ever at KFC Grand West Casino!! Waited for 45 minutes for 2 Zinger Burger Meals!! Demanded a refund. Firstly if you know there is going to be an event at the Casino make provision for more (pro-active!!) staff to be on duty!! Secondly you actually need to ensure that the orders taken by the cashier filters through to the back staff!</p>
