Terrible Service

<p>I went to KFC today and guess what, the lady did not give me my change instead she ignored it and kept serving other customers, when I asked her again, she said she will give me my change but then again she went back to her dear customers, when she eventually decided to give me the money, she gave me the incorrect amount like really, you charge me R15.00 for a cooldrink and still want to ***** my change, that is ****************. She called her manager who just looked at me and said sorry neh! When are they actually going to get it right. if its not a problem with the food, there is a problem with the service.
