TERRIBLE SERVICE

I went to KFC Emmarentia to buy myself some zinger wings and i was told that they do not have it ready and to get it ready it will take them 10 minutes. so i said if it is 10 minutes then i will wait because i was also looking at the time i was supposed to be at work.

I waited for more than 20 minutes and yet my order was not ready, i went in to find out if my order was ready and yet the order was not ready.

I am very disappointed, i wasted my time, my energy and i even got to work late without even getting my wings as well because i had to cancel the order as i was getting late to my work. I have received a terrible service and i will never set a foot there ever again. many thanks
