Terrible Serive, Old and rotten food

After a second failure (1st failure being that of KFC White River serving rotten chicken in 2018) at a KFC branch (this one in Malelane) I had to write a review. Upon arriving at KFC Malelane I found majority of the lights off, yet the door was open. When entering, there were no staff present for at least a minute. Finally when a staff member arrived, I asked if they were closed, upon which I was advised that they are in fact open BUT, only have chicken pieces available - no chips or anything else. I decided to order two chicken pieces. Arriving home and opening the packet, these pieces appeared to be rather old and indeed, one piece had a foul taste. Perhaps this is the reason for the lights being off - so that customers can't see the state of the chicken when buying?? Can't see a reason why this KFC branch should remain open.
