Terrible refund experience with KFC SA

I placed an order for my food to be delivered on the KFC app on the 7th February. The order was cancelled an a refund initiated because they could not process my order. I have called the call center multiple times and was told they'd escalate the matter to the finance department and get back to me but no communication was made to me and I am still waiting for my money. KFC South Africa has terrible customer service I definitely do not reccomend them. absolutely terrible.
