Terrible quality from Canal Walk Shell Garage branch

I Originally sent an email to KFC Customer Care, but that went unanswered.

I ordered a 5 Variety Zinger Strips Feast from the Canal Walk Shell Garage - Sunday 9th Aug @ 18h30 The chicken pieces were quite greasy and noticeably overcooked. The Zinger strips were much spicier than usual and extremely dry and tough—almost biltong-like in texture. The Zinger wings were similarly much spicier than they normally are. Unfortunately, the only part of the meal that lived up to the usual KFC standard was the chips, which were as good as always. Overall, the quality was disappointing compared with what I normally expect from KFC.
