Terrible quality

<p>I wanted to leave this matter but i feel that its not fare on me nor any of the other customers whom experience the same but are unable to complain about it. On Wednesday afternoon at about 1800 i stopped at KFC long beach. I ordered my wife and kids food and ordered myself a sweet chilli twister. I got the food and allowed my kids too eat so long. When i got home i ate my disappointing sweet chilli twister. It was mostly just wrap. Inside the twister i found only 6 small pop size pieces of chicken which was so dry and outside skin so hard it was difficult to bite through. It was extremely disappointing. What makes it worse is that i have complained about this store beginning of the year sometime and i never received any feedback. I just received a message stating that we hope that your complaint has been delt with too your satisfaction. I left it as i did not want to make a issue of the situation and i hoped that the quality would improve after the complaint which it did up until now with it being very disappointing.</p>
