Terrible online delivery

What an absolute disappointment in service from their online platform wow just utterly putrude service I don't understand how an order can take a 4 hours to then be canceled unbelievably ****all communication and the driver does not even say that he has a break down wow I am disgusted and there no effort to replace our order just an immediate cancelation which takes 7 to 14 days R400 gone just like that I'm sorry no this is not great customer service.
