Terrible night time delivery system

This is not the first time I've placed an order via the delivery call centre and it's failed me, this is just ridiculous. I placed an order at 8:25pm it is now 9:52pm after being told it will take 30 to 40 minutes to.deliver and still nothing, I don't know which store was used closest to me for the delivery so I called the centre which tells me I'm calling outside hours and immediately cuts me off. If KFC searches my number they would find I am an extremely regular client of theirs and I am beyond peeved because my kids are waiting for their supper after a long trip which is of course not going to arrive! Most inconvenient and unreliable!
