Terrible manager on duty with the worst attitude

How do you allow people to stand in a drive-thru with no sign that your ice-cream machine is not working on such a hot day.. Then the manager tells you that there's no need to put a sign there because the generator does kick in after 30mins during loadshedding,although it has been loadshedding for nearly an hour. *Staff Awesome*. Management however, lacks major customer service and communication skills.
