Terrible KFC Port Elizabeth Service

Worst experience ive recieved at a KFC. I ordered online being fully aware that its load shedding, i had the hopes of them having a generator which is okay, they didnt. I didnt what i ordered which again not okay but understood and accepted considering the circumstances. They didnt have the wings that completed my order. The problem im having is with the staff. Appalling. No customer service. Not apologetic or emphatetic. Literally spoke to me as if they were speaking to their neighbor friend. Not acceptable. I travelled a bit of a distance to pick up an order. I left KFC unhappy as i didnt get tge meal i initially wanted and appalled by the behaviour of staff. Charging me over the counter price which is more than the online price. Im just not happy
