Terrible, Just terrible

The KFC at the Panorama Shopping center is utterly terrible, be it their service, the preparation of food, or the staff knowledge of the product. The staff at the KFC are moody, take their time to attend to customers and at no time is there a manager available. When ordering it feels like customers are getting are impeding the staff by ordering food. Its utterly terrible ordering from the KFC in Mulbarton. Staff do not even know the ingredients in the meals nor do they take heed of the customers request. I have on numerous times ordered meals from there requesting no tomato, but when i get my order there is still tomato, there is no proper checks done on the food.
