Terrible food - Terrible response.

This is specifically for KFC Game Centre, Groblersdal. I ordered 2 meals. 1 double crunch burger meal and 1 bi master meal. I ordered online, checked in 2 minutes before I collected as prompted. I collected my food and went home, which is literally a 1 minute drive away. My order on both meals was ice cold, old and the bread was soggy. Half the food ended up being thrown away. I logged a complaint and the customer care contacted me which was fine. Groblersdal kfc contacted me and their phone call was appalling. All I got from them was "sorry please come to the restaurant again". So when I told them "No I won't be using them again as this us not the first time there food has been un satisfactory". They just rep**** "oh Sorry". That's it. I work hard for my money and kfc for us is a treat. Their response at the restaurant is as unsatisfactory as their food. Definitely not finger linking good and no they did not offer to replace it as they state!
