Terrible food quality from KFC VERULAM

Absolutely pathetic food quality. Ordered: *Strips feast deluxe: -did not have 6 zinger strips, had to take 5 and 1 normal -5 pieces chicken had no taste & salt. Tasted like boiled chicken -No zinger or colonel dipping sauce

*zinger box master: - no zinger sauce

*mash & gravy: -extremely dark in color and burned

Wasted R260 on this order. Tried calling the customer care line, they of no use,the agent said she cannot do anything and to call the store. It was 20h50 and the store closed at 9pm. Their line was engaged til 9pm, most probably took the phone off the hook!
