Terrible food preparation and order incorrect AGAIN!

I would like to complain about KFC plattekloof in Cape town. What I ordered to what I got was pathetic service.

Firstly the lady got me the wrong size order, when I mentioned it to her 4 times I wanted my meal to be upsized.

I also ordered a extra classic twister (just the twister) but what I got compared to the advertised images iS disgusting. Its as if they just threw the twister together. And to make matters worse the add shows the chicken filled to the top, I only had chicken in the middle of my wrap. So the first half was wrap only with lettuce and the chicken sitting in the second half of the wrap.

Really dissapointed and disgusted with this service and food quality. I dont expect my twister to be perfect like the advertised image but fill the damn thing with chicken, or I should have been given a mini wrap rather. I wish I could attach images of my wrap to show. NOT HAPPY!
