Terrible food bad service

I went to the drive threw at KFC phoenix Parthenon just to order 2x bucket for 1 with side breast pi3ces.order no. 779 at 06/06/2026 @ 14.35.I told the lady bucket for one somewhere she confused me with street wise one meal..I went to the next window picked up my food came home...only to see it wasn't 2x bucket for 1 meal but street wise one meal...the side breast was so poorly cooked drenched in oil and the batter was raw..I gave the dog to eat he refused to eat the freaking KFC piece..I am so gutted with the poor service and terrible meal I will not support this KFC in any place in Phoenix the owner is taking Indians for a ride and a fool...I wonder if he will give his wife and children to eat food like this...disgusting and disgraceful...I have pic of the meal..the mash and gravy is badly prepared like soap water the gravy is not dark and silky like it suppose to be its more like translucent brown...i am so disappointed it's not even funny...the staff needs to be monitored now..absolutely useless bunch just scream and talk with no care for the customers...i have to mention i came from the starwood KFC because the lady at the till is busy chatting and laughing she take my order same as above but then tell me she dont take cards..she said i must go to the kiosk screen she screamed for some staff member and i just left...it is absolutely bad at all the kfc in Phoenix and i come to the drive to only for the staff to botch my order....siees
