Terrible Food and Bad Service

KFC Strand OK centre! Today being the first hot day for the beach and the food was underdone, chips were cold and chicken had almost now crumbs or crispy bake. What would the Colonel have said about this horrible KFC experience! Please can you up your service as the big says are coming up and the Strand community does not deserve this pathetic food service! Strand community has been supporting the KFC for years! But if this continues we will have to revisit supporting KFC as a Strand community , we don’t need to stand in long drive through and then her raw food and cold chips. Please urgently improve the device with a smile for staff and ensure the food is crispy baked chicken. Shamila
