Terrible Experience with KFC App, Customer Service, and Delivery System

I am incredibly disappointed with the experience I had using the KFC app. From start to finish, the service was a complete letdown. The delivery system is absolutely **********. Not only was my order delayed by hours, but it showed that it was delivered but i didn't even receive my order. I contacted customer service was left waiting on hold for an eternity, only to be met with unhelpful representatives who seemed uninterested in resolving my issue. i requested a refund and every time i call they ask for my number to call me back they have not, i am now on day 3 no refund actioned and no one has even bothered to contact me. they don't even deserve the one star that i have given them
