ordered food from the newlands branch in durban on Wednesday at 2pm, ordered zinger burgers but received colonel burgers, which was terribly prepared. ordered streetwise 3 with all small and COLD pieces. staff were bust chatting instead of seeing to the food and customers. receipt number was 215
